We need to implement "No Pass Zones" in our daily diet. Go through your old emails and see who you haven't connected with in the past few months. Reach out, check in, see how they're doing. Check in with friends you normally see, and those who you check in and have a normal rapport with.
You should keep up with everybody that you can, help everybody that you can, as often as you can.
Incorporate a "No Pass Zone" in every aspect of your life.
