Scarsdale Entrepreneur Hosting Fundraiser In New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – In coordination with Family Services of Westchester (FSW), Scarsdale resident Brandon Steiner is hosting “Dream Big! An Evening At Steiner Sports” in New Rochelle.

The event, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 28, will feature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, special guests, discounted sports memorabilia, a silent auction and a tour of Steiner Collectibles, which has never before been opened to the public.

“It’s my distinct pleasure to open the doors of Steiner Sports for an evening that benefits an organization that does so much in our local community,” said Steiner, CEO and founder of the store.

The fundraiser will generate proceeds for the Junior Board of FSW’s Youth Enrichment Fund. The Junior Board is comprised of community-minded and philanthropic professionals.

The board has raised more than $27,000 to benefit children in FSW programs, and has awarded nearly $8,000 in grants to programs. FSW has sponsored field trips to Washington, D.C., and has given opportunities to underprivileged youth in the county.

“Like many youths in FSW’s programs, I had big dreams," Steiner said. "Enrichment opportunities like those funded by the Junior Board’s Youth Enrichment Fund have the potential to inspire a child for a lifetime.”

Tickets are $75 each, and space is limited. For more information, or to purchase tickets for “Dream Big!,” contact Deborah Wilson by phone at 914-305-6876, email dwilson@fsw.org or visit the FSW website.
