Happy New Year!

For many of us, this is our first day back at work.

I am going to start 2013 at the office by making a small resolution to myself:

Not to do “the best I can.” To do “everything I can.”

To be 100% all in and committed.

We all know the difference.

We know when we’re 100% committed to something, crawling around on the floor to make it work, and when we’re just fooling ourselves into thinking we’re doing “the best we can.”

Let’s take our first day of work in 2013 and go all in.
