Gen Text vs. Baby Boomers -- Who Ya Got?

An employee told me that he almost smacked headfirst into an air conditioner today because he was texting while walking.

Just another card-carrying member of "The Head Down Generation" or "Gen Text."

There's a big world out there, but Gen Text seems only to be interested in whatever pops up on their tiny screens.

I'm not saying this is always dangerous, like it was for Mr. Air Conditioner, but is it any way to really live?

I know there will always be generational differences, but as I talk about in the video above, isn't it fair to say that the generation that actually speaks to each other might know a thing or two that Gen Text doesn't?

Or will Gen Text win out over the Baby Boomer generation?

Watch the video and let me know if you agree with my take!
