Are You Creating Value?

What are you doing for your company that they can’t necessarily do for themselves?

What are you doing for your customer that your customer can’t necessarily do for themselves?

What are you doing for your kids that they can’t do for themselves?

These are the things that make you valuable.

So the question is, do you consider yourself valuable?

Or, are you trying to come up with an excuse of why you aren’t doing the best that you can in all phases of your life?

Think about all the things you could do to be better and don’t let someone else get in the way of being your best.
