We all need to be kneeling.
This is not a time where anyone should be silent.

We should kneel in prayer and in gratitude, as long as we're not pissing each other off doing it. And preferably, you shouldn't during the National Anthem.
What we can't do is rely on social media to represent what we stand for. Tweet your thoughts and express your opinions to start a conversation online, but actually do something and say something out loud for people to hear!
These days, you have to stand for something. I applaud and encourage those who do, but just not during the Anthem? I'm not a fan.
